Order a Live Stream Kit

1. Submit your order below. A member of our system integrations team will pre-configure and assemble your kit based on your streaming needs requiring minimal setup from once it arrives.

2. Once you’ve submitted the order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your order and shipping information.

3. Receive and set up your kit. Put on a great show!

4. One business day after your event ends, package and ship your kit back using the provided return label. Drop off at you nearest FedEx location or schedule a pickup.

Internal Preparations & Receiving Process for Live Stream Kit
All steps are completed by a systems integration team member wearing a mask and gloves at all times.

1. Prior to assembly, Live Stream Kit contents and shipping cases are cleaned with disinfectant.

2. Live Stream Kits are then pre-configured, assembled and shipped to the customer.

3. Upon return, Live Stream Kit contents and shipping cases are cleaned with disinfectant.

Setup & Support

• What countries do you support? United States only.

• Do you offer setup and or troubleshooting support? Yes, we’re more than happy to help with either! We’re available from 9a-6p pst at streamkit@elevatedstream.com.

• Do I need to assemble the Live Stream Kit? The majority of the kit will be assembled upon arrival. You’ll use the Live Stream Kit instructions guide to complete the set up.

• Can I use my own equipment with the Live Stream Kit setup? Unfortunately, not. The equipment we’ve selected is to ensure can provide the highest quality experience possible. Replacing any of the kit equipment would compromise this experience and incur fees.

• Can I use a Live Stream Kit if my internet connection is less than 10Mbps? Yes, however less bandwidth will restrict the quality you’ll be able to stream.

• Which shipping carrier does Elevated Stream use? FedEx

• What type of shipping do you offer? Ground and Priority.

• What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards.

• Something is wrong with my kit or delivery, what do I do? If the issue is with the he kit equipment, please contact streamkit@elevatedstream.com. If the issue is shipping-related, please reach out to FedEx directly and provide your tracking number.

• When do I need to return equipment? Equipment needs to be returned 1 business day after your event end date. Please package the kit as it arrived and affix the provided return label and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.

• What if a piece of the kit is missing or damaged? Customers will be charged the cost of the missing or damaged device.
